NON-STERILE VERSION 14" x 18" 2 Strips of Filter: This bag most be first sterilized with an anti-septic prior to use. We recommend 75% alcohol or higher inside and out. Followed by a strong hydrogen peroxide solution using gloves inside of bag.
After sterilization, bags are opened, in a 'clean', filtered air stream, and the desired species is introduced to the bag. Filling no more than 50% of the bags volume. The bag is immediately sealed with an impulse sealer or mushroom bag clamp and agitated to mix the mushroom culture species with the substrate. Bags are now ready for incubation.
STERILE VERSION 15" X 24" 3 Strips of Filter: The bag is ready to use and does not need to be autoclaved . The breathable bag is filled between 50 to 60% of its volume in a 'clean', filtered air stream, and the desired species is introduced to the bag. The bag is immediately sealed with an impulse sealer or mushroom bag clamp and agitated to mix the mushroom culture species with the substrate. Bags are now ready for incubation. Comes in a 50-pack. If not using all 50 bags at once, re-seal the bags with a sealer infront of filtered air stream. Recommend using all right away.
